ORDER POLICY

By ordering, you have agreed to all the following terms on this page:

Our phone sales agents are unable to give any support beyond what is listed on FTABoxes.com troubleshooting section or the manufacturers' technical support websites. Please visit our in-depth troubleshooting section or revert to other form or forum sites for help and guidance with your digital satellite receiver. Our troubleshooting section thoroughly explains step by step procedure for loading manufacturer's software and installing your satellite dish. We are unable to give any further support beyond what is on our site.  We do not assist nor have knowledge of any satellite forums or other places to download additional software.  Unauthorized software downloads/upgrades (beside manufacturer's) can void all warranties.

We accept COD and PayPal orders. If you would like to place a COD order you can e-mail us your information or give us a call. All contact information can be found on our contact page.

PayPal orders can use the shopping cart located on the products page. COD ordering is not linked to the shopping cart since we need to confirm all COD orders before they ship.

All Sales Final. We will honor factory defects.  If deemed factory defect (FTABoxes digression) we will refund 100% minus all shipping costs on unused receivers. If the receiver has been used, it will be subject to an additional 15% restocking fee if deemed resellable. Units will be tested prior to all refunds.  Special software (beside manufacturer's software) loaded onto the receiver might void warranty (at FTABoxes digression).  No Downloads needed for Receivers to operate on Free-To-Air Network.  Products deemed unusable for reasons outside of the manufacturers warranty can not be refunded.  Damaged products will not be refunded.  If product can be fixed (including resetting and/or reloading factory software), a $75/per unit non-negotiable fee will be charged per receive, including if software (beside manufacturer's) is found on memory drive.  FTABoxes reserves the right to determine what is repairable and what falls under warranty when receivers are returned to FTABoxes.  Warranty repairs are done out of house through manufacturer.  Please allow 3 weeks for service.
